Here, you can ask non-urgent questions and request lab results.

Who is eligible for concierge medicine?

All patients who visit Jaggu Health for their care needs are eligible to participate in concierge medicine in Vienna. This form of healthcare gives patients personalized doctor visits. Both you and Dr. Jaligam can experience 1 on 1 sessions without the need to rush your care or make you feel like just another person in a queue.

Can I receive my prescriptions through concierge medicine?

Yes. Concierge medicine works just like a regular visit to the doctor’s office. After your appointment, Dr. Jaligam will gladly prescribe any medications needed to assist you on your healthcare journey. If you have an ongoing prescription, we can have that filled as well.

How are the four memberships different?

The memberships differ in physician access, diagnostic depth, review frequency, optimization services, and care coordination. The quality of physician care remains consistent across every level.

How do I know which membership is right for me?

During your consultation, we will discuss your medical needs, lifestyle, priorities, and desired level of support before recommending the most appropriate membership.

Do I need to have a medical condition to join?

No. Members may enroll for ongoing medical care, proactive prevention, cardiovascular or metabolic risk assessment, executive performance, or longevity planning.

Does membership include diagnostic testing?

Certain diagnostic services may be included depending on the membership and clinical appropriateness. Specific details will be reviewed during your consultation.

Does concierge membership replace health insurance?

No. Concierge membership is not health insurance. Insurance may still be needed for hospitals, emergency care, outside specialists, medications, imaging, laboratory services, and other care not included in the membership.

How is the annual membership fee paid?

The annual membership fee is paid in one lump sum at enrollment. Membership begins after payment and completion of the participation agreement. The fee covers only the services and privileges specified in the selected membership.

What happens if I relocate or want to opt out?

Membership may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice. If you relocate or choose to end your membership, any eligible refund will be prorated. No refund is available once the annual concierge assessment has been completed.
